
Hon. Dennis R. O’Brien, J.S.C. (Ret.), Earns National Recognition from the Academy of Distinguished Neutrals
Keefe Law Firm is pleased to announce that Hon. Dennis R. O’Brien J.S.C. (Ret.) has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators. Judge O’Brien joins his Keefe Law Firm colleague, The Honorable John Keefe, J.A.D. (Ret.), who is also a recognized member of the Academy.
Judge O’Brien joined the firm’s ADR practice upon his retirement from the bench in 2019. He is an experienced trial lawyer and judge, having argued or presided over nearly 500 jury trials on a range of issues. Judge O’Brien is also a highly skilled Mediator who focuses his practice on mediation and arbitration of civil and commercial disputes, having mediated more than 800 civil disputes in the past six years.
