Keefe Law Firm is a litigation firm founded in 2005 with a nearly two decades long commitment to providing experienced, aggressive representation for clients nationwide. Our firm’s roots are in personal injury law, where we’ve established a track record of success in achieving the maximum verdicts and settlements possible for our clients via mass tort, class action, individual personal injury, and general negligence actions. We have recovered billions of dollars to help our clients rebuild their lives after sustaining personal injuries caused by catastrophic events, chemical exposures, consumer fraud, and defective products. Our owner and managing partner John Keefe Jr. has served as plaintiff’s counsel in several state and national class action lawsuits, has tried numerous matters to verdict, and has prosecuted hundreds of cases on behalf of victims of personal injury.

Over many years of practice, the attorneys at Keefe Law Firm have been involved in some of the largest pollution cases in New Jersey’s history, and continue this mission in their current representation of individuals and municipalities impacted by exposure to AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam), a product used for decades by firefighters and military personnel that is known to contain the carcinogenic chemicals known as PFAS. Keefe Law Firm represents hundreds of firefighters and service members across the country who are being diagnosed with serious illness and injury as a result of the negligence of AFFF’s manufacturers. With our history of success in holding polluters accountable for their actions, the Keefe Law Firm is also leading the fight for towns and cities across New Jersey and the nation whose drinking water supplies have been contaminated with the carcinogens found in AFFF. We are committed to our belief that these polluters must pay for the damage they have wrought upon our environment, and continue to leverage our decades of experience in environmental law to most fiercely defend our clients’ right to health and clean resources.
